A digital-first learning experience which raised awareness of key workplace behaviour policies to support their strategy of an inclusive and diverse workplace.
Audience
A global technology company with around 450 employees located in Sydney, New York, Edinburgh, London and Melbourne.
Challenge
This very web savvy audience had a healthy dose of scepticism around ‘compliance’ or anything that might them away from getting their job done. This meant the solution needed to be quick, easy, relatable and fun to complete.
Results
Just 5 days after launch, the module had a 47% completion rate, with users giving the experience a 5/5 star rating. Learners told us that the module, was short, engaging, thoughtful and had ‘Squiz DNA’ all over it. We can’t wait to see the impact this module has on the business in 3-6 months time!
